Dirt Crits
Tonight i went down to the Deluxe Dirt Crits, in South Melb. The weather was a
bit iffy, and not many people wanted to race, so i got everyone reved up and
most people ended up racing.....sweet!!! The track was pretty loose and
sketchy on most corners.....one especially. I had my biggest Dirt Crit
stack there tonight. On the second lap i was making a passing move on
Willsie and Rohan, when i went through a dip and lost traction. The bike
decided it was tired and needed a bit of a lie down, with me attached to it.
Was a pretty funny stack. I ripped up my elbow open pretty bad, but luckily my
bike is ok....phew. Looks like the stiff brush is going to be introduced to my
elbow tonight in the shower........
I still ended up coming about 6th, so i was pretty happy.
The land, which the Dirt Crits race on, is finally sold, so it looks like the end of Tuesday nights. I think it's gunna race the next few weeks, then that's it.......booooooo.
