Santa's Little Workshop
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, who has supported us though the year. It has been a pretty eventful year, here in the shop. The shop has gone from strength to strength and we could not have done it without all your loyal support. Having customers, like you all, makes my time in the shop that much more enjoyable.
The shop has been pretty crazy over the last few months. After the Trek/Felt show, we had all been worked to the bone.
Just some new things in the shop at the moment.
We've just landed a whole range of cycling DVDs. There's a wide selecting ranging from TDF dvds to Eddie Merckx epic flicks to Paris-Roubaix adventure vids.
For all those guys out there that like their energy drinks, we've just got a new shipment of Hammer energy drink powders. There are 3 different types of powders. First is the Hammer HEED powder, which is designed to be taken with food. Next is the Hammer Perpetuem powder, which is designed to be take if you have no food and are planning on riding longer than 3 hours. Finally, there is the Hammer Recoverite powder, which is, as the name suggests, designed to be taken after exercise, to help the body recover. We recently had our resident endurance nut, Dee, use these products during the Anaconda Adventure Race at Lorne and she luuuurves the stuff!!
BBB have just released their new range in sunnies. We've got a whole swagg of 'em in stock. Most of them come with 3 lenses and range in price from $39 to 199 bucks.
The new Teschner Diva range of bike are due here in the middle of Jan. These bikes look really sweet!!
For all those baldies out there. Headsweats. These little babies are designed to go under your helmet, to protect your head from the vicious summer rays, and also remove sweat from dribbling down your brow and onto your glasses or into your eyes (I know I hate that happening!!). They are made from Coolmax© material, so they stay cool and do the job!
Finally, Steve has just purchased himself a new Trek Madone 5.2 road bike. This bike is a little different. There has been a fair bit of hype surrounding the release of the new SRAM road groupsets. So, to find out what all the hype is about, Steve has put a full SRAM Force groupo on his new Madone. It's a pretty sweet groupo, with carbon leavers, cranks and rear mech cage. So, if you see a bright red Madone 5.2 out there, with a strange groupo on it, it's Steve.
Once again, thank you all for your support and we look forward to seeing you all in 2007!!
