Winter, boring winter....

It's been a while since my last entry, mainly cause being winter, nothing really happens.  Last week I went for a spin up at Lystfield Park with Gilles. Rode the Comm Games track again, was bored again, then rode the usual tracks and that was pretty good. It's finally down to my last week till I head off over the Canada for 3 weeks of riding in Fernie, and boy I can't wait!!!  I've got this silly idea in my head that when I get back, from Canada, that I'll start racing again. I don't know what I'm thinking, cause I'll have to get another bike, and I have way too many already. Might think about selling one.....anyone want a Salsa Caballero???  I took my first Gran Prix Maintenance Course tonight, think it went well. It's really strange trying to teach fellow cyclists how to service a bike.  When you play with bikes everyday you sort of forget what the techniques are, cause it just becomes habit and you just do it.  It's kinda like teaching someone how to breathe, you just breathe. Usually if you do something sooo much, you get sick of it after a while, but not bikes. I'm still getting up every morning WANTING to get to work, and that's something that not everyone can say. I love my job.
