Lightingproducts title

At dusk and night time there is nothing that will make you safer than a good set of lights. Quite often a good light will be able to be seen long before any reflector or reflective/bright clothing can be seen, some lights being visible up to a kilometre away.

Headlights

The Knog Frog Strobe White LED Light features a super bright LED strobe system with a built-in lens. It has a burn time of 50 hours on steady beam and 80 hours when flashing. It can be used as a constant light and there are three flash modes -- fast, faster, and random. The Frog Strobe is available in five body colors -- Black, Red, Transparent, White, and Lime. 19 grams.

Just out for 2010 it is 5x brighter than the previous Frog

The Boomer hangs on nearly any bar from 22mm pistas to 31.8mm road bars. It has the now familiar stretchy silicon rubber body, and the white LED is integrated into a clear plastic housing with a reflector to sharpen the output. It produces 50 lumens of super-bright white light. It can be used in one of four modes -- constant, fast flash, strobe flash, and random strobe. The strobe produces a distinctively powerful burst of light, greater than that in flash mode, ensuring that you will be seen. It can be run on constant mode for four hours, and the strobe/flash modes will stretch that duration out to 36 hours before the two AAA batteries will need to be replaced.

The Knog Boomer White LED Headlight is available in black, blue, red, transparent, and white. With the included batteries, it weighs 53 grams.

The Boomer tail light is designed so that the water resistant, stretchy silicon rubber body encircles the seatpost, tucked cleanly up and out of your way -- and always there when you need it. It has a single red LED integrated into a clear plastic housing with a reflector to sharpen the output. It produces 30 lumens of super-bright red light. It can be used in one of four modes -- constant, fast flash, strobe flash, and random strobe. The strobe produces a distinctively powerful flash of light, greater than that in flash mode, ensuring that you will be seen. It can be run on constant mode for 12 hours, and the strobe/flash modes will stretch that duration out to 72 hours before the two AAA batteries will need to be replaced.

The Knog Boomer Red LED Tail light is available in black, blue, red, transparent, and white. With the included batteries, it weighs 53 grams.

Two AAA batteries power the Cateye TL-LD610 and will last 30 hours on constant mode. Three flash modes are selectable and stretch the battery life out to 60 hours. There is a straight flash mode, a side to side mode that is reminiscent of the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica, and a random mode that is for those who don't want to be predictable. A new low profile switch makes it less prone to accidentally being turned on in a pack or loading/unloading the bike from a rack.
