Cleaning
For Cleaning you bike a good degreaser is always a great place to start, something not too aggressive to get all the gunk, grime off for a fresh start. A good clean bike will last longer and wear out a lot slower than one that is caked with grease, oil and dirt.

Lubricants
Unfortunately there is such a large range of lubricants available it can become very confusing what is a good lubricant to use.

Triflow is a great lubricant for all your pivots, moving parts in deraileurs, brakes and cables. It is a very wet oil based lube and so penetrates very well. Not suited for use on chains. |

Greases
