Bike Fit Seminar Wednesday, 30 May

Due to popular demand, we have invited Kevin Lieberthal back for a third Bike Fit Seminar. Kevin works as a Physiotherapist at Equilibria Physiotherapy in Hawthorn Road, Caulfield South. This presentation will cover common issues people encounter that cause discomfort, as well as some solutions and ideas for getting more comfortable on the bike. With our Bike Fit Information Seminars well received, we have been performing many bike fits with those who find that riding can be a little painful or uncomfortable when it just shouldn't be. Our Stephen Hart memorial ride is coming up soon. It will be held on Sunday the 1st of July and as per previous years will be a casual roll to the Clock Tower at Black rock and return to the shop for morning tea.
